I have been using my-vapery for a while now, I decided to stop smoking and couldn’t find anything to satisfy my cravings, however after speaking to the team they offered some very good advice and very professional, just before the December holidays I wanted to make sure that I had enough pods to last, I spoke to a lady called Apple who was absolutely fantastic, within 1 hour of ordering my pods there was a knock at my door with my delivery. I have to say this is a great company to order from, no pushy sales or making you feel uncomfortable in what you buy, it’s simple and easy. Well done to all who work there. ~ Carl E

I was buying myself a Vape for the first time in my life and luckily i stumbled across My Vapery. I am so happy to have found this website. They have the best collection of vapes in Dubai and at really affordable prices. Every detail is clearly mentioned for newbies like me. I initially started purchasing the vape of my choice and my internet lost connection thus loosing my order. Within seconds after connecting to the internet i received a What's App message from Apple assisting me in-case i was finding issues in placing the order. Instead of having to go back to the website finding the vape i liked and do the process again, Apple approached me with my order and assisted me with the booking within minutes. Have visited a couple of the My Vapery stores and always received good service and decent prices. Today I called the Head Office in City Walk area of Dubai to check stock and finalized order via WhatsApp with customer service representative named Apple for delivery, she was very helpful and confirmed the items I wanted and sent copy of order before dispatching delivery. Received the order in less than 1 hour and very satisfied, I highly recommend My Vapery and Apple provided great service! ~ Craig V

Best My Vapery branch ive been thru. All of the staffs are very knowlegable with their products and proactive when giving suggestions what to pick. Thanks carol for the assistance 😅.
